That's usely a sign th... read more I used to teach here, and always had a coffee or a soda. But once I tried a pasta, because I saw a lot of locals were having lunch there. That's usely a sign the food is good. And I was pleasantly surprised about the quality. A simple but delicious pasta carbonara (the best I ever had, but I know it depends on what kind of bacon you prefer most). Later I tried the caccio pepe, great too. A student of mine, a critical connaisseur and food lover and tv star, from bologna, told me he was pleasantly surpised too. He took a pasta vongole.. and he loved it. I strongly recommend that if you happen to be close to Punte Lungo and hungry, don't hesitate and try their pasta's. And when the bill arrives and you discover the pasta is only 5 Euros, you will come back.
