Very good Arancini, really homemade! The girl with blue eyes is super nice!

Small but unforgettable Sicilian, or rather Palermo, rotisserie! I 've been going there for a while and I have to say that arancini, iris, sfincione, various rustici, desserts are truly unique. The very nice chef and the kind lady know how to advise you and serve you with patience and courtesy. The internal spaces are not huge, so it can feel a little cramped. But it 's worth it. The only thing we continue to question every time is the correct name to give to the typical stuffed rice balls : arancini (typical of eastern Sicily, pointed shape) or arancine (used in Palermo, spherical shape). He insists on the second one (which he produces) but, given the excellent quality of the product, he can be largely forgiven.

Non sono solito a scrivere recensioni ma sta volta ci vuole! Trovo la rosticceria per puro caso, entro dentro e non so tra quale specialità scegliere. Vado con degli arancini, non li mangiavo di così buoni dall'ultima volta in Sicilia. Dò quattro stelle col sentimenti di tornare, provare nuove cose ed alzare il voto!

Sono nato in Sicilia e ho la fortuna di andarci molto spesso, per cui tendo a non mangiare cibo siciliano fuori dalla Sicilia. Ma questo posto è tra le mie poche eccezioni. Qui trovi delle arancine favolose, che non hanno nulla da invidiare a quelle che puoi mangiare in Sicilia! Lo sfincione è notevole, soprattutto quello in versione bagherese (in bianco). Iris al forno buonissime, e per San Giuseppe sono riuscito a trovare persino delle ottime sfinci di San Giuseppe! Assolutamente da non perdere, soprattutto se conosci e ami la cucina siciliana!
