Staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond. The food is good, but not spectacular. We ordered “just buttered spaghetti” for our daughter but the staff brought it out with parmigiana cheese. We informed one of the staff members who walked around showing it other waiters and the owner before our waiter realized his fault for getting the order wrong. Went as a group of 8 and all loved our food; scampi risotto a highlight but pizza/calzone delicious as was a selection of other dishes. Service was excellent, highly recommend
Our hotel recommended this restaurant so figured we should try. Regretted it within the first few minutes but we stayed as we were tired and hungry. Staff were unfriendly and we felt rushed to order. Asked for butter, they didn’t have which was fine but it was a blunt no and server left. Didn’t even open the glass bottled water we ordered. Management should train staff properly to at least be courteous. No tip for you!
Pizza only establishment We have eaten in this restaurant 2 nights in a row. Night 1 pizza all round for 3 persons with one having pasta. Pizza good if you like burnt ends. Pasta was al la dent (hard). Wine, beers, coffees all what you would expect and priced above average. Night 2 had pasta and meat. Shocking and neither not good. Customer service wasn’t inspiring. Room for much improvement. Overall. Pizza is better anywhere in Rome.
