Panificio Bonci - Roma

Worth the hype. Get the focaccia if it’s available. It’s from another planet.

The pizza was great. We ordered a few variations. One with mortadela, tomatoes etc. You get warm pizza and it was light and crusty, beautiful.. we got 2 fried mozzarellas for free and they were great. The stuff was kind. The priče is a little higher but it is worth it!

Bonci is famous and for good reason! They have a selection of amazing bakery items and pizza from their pizzarium shop. The pastries and pizza was really good but the stand out of me was their cheesecake. Completely unexpected but it was dense decadent in the base but so light and creamy on top. The berry flavour that came through was exceptional. It’s the story of the place, what they choose to make just turns out great. I returned many times and got the same excellent experience. Even though they were busy with locals buying their morning bread pastries, the staff are friendly and willing to help make recommendations.

Panificio che ha il suo perché questo panificio sforna al giorno centinaia di qualità di pane io ho provato quello ai cereali molto molto buono fragrante morbido il secondo giorno lo mangi e sembra preso prima poi c'è la pizza buona scelta di pizza e di dolci i prezzi sono leggermente più alti della media però se si vuole fare un eccezione qualche volta

Circa mezz'ora di coda per prendere un pezzetto di pizza... La dice tutta... Pizza ottima, impasto leggerissimo e gustosa!!
