A hidden Greek gem. You have to ring the doorbell of the establishment to get in after, you need to sign up for a free membership they give you a form to fill out dont worry, fill in what you want! What Mainzigartig doesn't like about Ouzeri:
This place is a little odd it doesn 't open until 8, and you have to become a 'member ' (which is free of charge). It 's very small and service is friendly but slow since there 's only one guy in the kitchen; I think it 's more like a bar than a restaurant. The food is good but not particularly special. On the weekends there is live music or dancing (check their Facebook page) I also had the impression that once you book your table it is yours for the whole night. So no rush (but not sure) we had made a reservation for 8:30pm (The time the place opens) and stayed till 10 and were not rushed at all. The food was delicious. There are many options and the dishes are all well served. We will definitely come back again!

If you need a break from the Italian food, this is a good choice. Tasty food, friendly service...you need to ring the bell to get into the restaurant (indoor seating only). It has decent choice of Greek vines.
Un angolo di Grecia, atmosfera accogliente e gioiosa, cibo buonissimo sapori intensi e delicati allo stesso tempo, musica greca e quadri di marine molto belle
The place seems to have a genius loci albeit somewhat hidden behind. Call it atmosphere, call it beauty, music, tastes’ palette obviously there’s something that one can see as a Greek spirit of generosity. Anyway, the place is something original in the city and has brought us back. See you guys again in our next trip to Rome Thanks for proposing that fine wine, the fantastic pie and the unparalleled desert, and for the hospitality!
