Mcdonald's - Roma

Only ordered in here to use the toilets there are NO public toilets in Rome unless you are in a restaurant. There was a long Q on the second floor of about 20 minutes for the ladies. The gents was smaller, just skip the ladies Q, the toilets are filthy, hardly cleaned, but with open access to the public and no security code (we discovered you don't have to purchase anything at the counter to use them) people can just walk in off the street and use the toilets. Ordered a few small items from the touch screens which was very easy to do and paid in cash at the counter. Good experience from the staff at the counter, but overall given the proximity of the Trevi fountain, this is a McDonalds to avoid.

Actually, it doesn't know how to evaluate it because it's mcdonalds. beautiful cool that they can order beer, and there are some cool architectural accents. the mccafé also looked kind of cool, so it was certainly an interesting experience until mcyds go. as a novelty, it might be worth visiting if these details are interested in their or they just love the brand. but at the end it was eating, well, mcyds. friends told us it was better than the American version. but the latter is only perhaps a half note better than the former. it didn't feel so pale, so that definitely counts for something!

This was the only place in France and Italy after 12 days of travel that didn’t accept our valid United States CDC Cards to eat indoors. The food was not the problem but the service was. We tried to explain and show them how the CDC card is valid according to the regulation posted on their government’s page but they didn’t want to listen and just kept saying to eat outside. Other places verified our cards with our passports and State IDs but they didn’t bother to that that either. Won’t eat here again.
