Great food and friendly people. Dropped in here on our way from Vatican City to the Spanish Steps and it was a wonderful gem. Got the tuna with artichoke sandwich as well as assorted croissants and they were very tasty. A good place to drop in for a light meal and coffee. Most importantly, the staff and owner ? we’re so friendly. View all feedback.
Quiet street and a quick stroll from Piazza del Populo, this small restaurant is a lovely (and affordable) respite from the hub-bub of Rome 's busy streets. It looks like a locals ' favorite but the way people were greeted. The interior has a cool vibe set among tall bookcases and vivid patterned tile floor. Friendly and welcoming service without being pushy and delicious food. We really enjoyed the Roman artichokes, which are supper tender. Apparently the short menu changes, but we loved the Neapolitan meatballs and fried zucchini!!! For dessert we splurged on the crunchy caramel semmifreddo that tasted of hazelnut. One of the owners came and spoke to us and told us the food is all from home recipes! Definitely going back!
Me and my husband came here for a typical Italian breakfast on our first day here, and we couldn’t resist coming back every morning !! The cappuccino and coffee were creamy and delicious, and I was pleased to find a selection of freshly made juices as well. My husband fell in love with the donuts which they fry every morning, while I was a big fan of the tarts, but they also have a large variety of croissants which made the decision very hard !! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming
Best lunch in Rome , all girls in the kitchen and serving the tables , delicious food , fresh ingredients! Away from the tourist paths, behind Piazza Del Popolo Interesting menu, best food and great friendly service
I came to Rome on a trip with my friends and we stumbled upon this restaurant! I had a nice fusilli with asparagus, guanciale and pecorino. It was honestly the best pasta ever! My friend had meatballs with courgettes which is their staple according to the owner who was very lovely and welcoming! We also couldn't resist taking some goodies like pasta and sauce to our home country in Japan.
Merita
