On a busy night near Termini, I knew enough to keep walking past tourist traps into a neighborhood 7-8 blocks further and this place was packed, a good sign. Wine was reasonable and I noticed ‘polpette’ on the menu and decided to try the meatball quest again. Results were not good: six meatballs the size of jumbo gum balls, dried out and seemingly consisting of only overcooked hamburger for 12 euro, pasta not include... View all feedback.
I like the food. I've been here 3 nights in a row for dinner and I love the food. I've had the seafood pasta, the chicken salad... and the pannacotta is great! I will be back in Rome next week and i think I'll have dinner at L'antica Fraschetta again! I think I'll try a different dish next time.
Went last night and had a lovely meal of pasta great friendly service and reasonable. Decided to return on our last night in Rome. Chose the beef fillet and beef steak with rosemary. Cooked med rare perfectly on both dishes. Sides of veg and baked potatoes Did not disappoint. Tiramisu was delicious Price reasonable for what we had. Def go again if return to Rome
Outstanding food, service and price. Hospitable hosts with authentic and high quality food. Will cater for any vegetarians and or vegans alike. Had an amazing stay of meats and menu items for everyone else. Willing to adapt any menu product to your desire (even take off menu requests). Dined here twice in three nights during a short stay in Rome. For tourists and locals alike, it’s a lovely restaurant which you will not regret visiting.
Food is absolutely amazing, waiters are second to none and can’t do enough for you, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!
