The shellfish salad was very good. It was nicely presented with fresh baby tomatoes and 5 large prawns. The seafood platter for 2 was very disappointing. Canned anchovies, canned tuna, and lox in a nice arrangement on a tiered platter. We just saw those items at the grocery store an hour earlier, no chef required. Expensive canned food to be sure. Could not help noticing the people next to us were not happy with thei... View all feedback.
Drinks cheese were good. Service was BAD. We got there at 5:30 and specifically asked if they had truffle pasta. The hosts showed us a special truffle menu but told us the kitchen opens at 7 so we have to wait, ok sure. No one was there yet and the host asked us where we wanted to sit. We chose a table but they set us up in another table that was too warm near the heaters. We asked them to transfer us to where we asked for in the first place. They acted like it was such a hassle to setup the table (we were only a party of 2) but again, NO ONE was even there? They first refused saying the table was reserved but the one we wanted was clearly not reserved so after much hesitation they reset our table.. why that was so hard, I don’t know. Maybe because we’re tourists? Anyway, we decided to have drinks and cheese first. When the kitchen opened, we asked for the truffle pasta. Waiter said, truffle menu is done. What the hell? I asked him to check again because the hosts showed us a truffle menu that we SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR and WAITED AN HOUR FOR. Of course he made a face and got back to us with the regular menu and said truffle menu is done. We left. This place was a waste of time. It was an expensive hour wait for something they couldn’t even deliver. It was our last night in Rome and they ruined it. Don’t be fooled by the pretty lights like us.
A great, trendy and upscale place where you can enjoy a good meal and beautiful vibes. Alone travelers will not feel lonely at dinner there, as the staff is super nice and so everyone is. You will keep your drink back to random clients all the time: I didn't take a photo of my meal, but it was a seabed with vegetables. Super good and cooked for perfection.
This was an incredible experience in Rome! The most delicious meals, drinks and staff. You must go, if you are ever in Rome.
The energy in this restaurant was elevated and friendly. I had reservations for dinner on a Friday night and I recommend them because there was a waiting time. I sat at a table facing the bar, and the service of the staff was consistent and contemporary. I ordered house made cod filled gnocchi with mussels and an Italian 75. The part was spot and the aromas were delicious and elevated. My drink, the Italian 75, was a great couple at my meal. Our waiter, Sergio, was fantastic and very knowledgeable with the entire menu. I love this area of Rome and will return to this facility.
Fantastic cocktail bar with such yummy snacks/small dishes. The best bar we've been to in years!
