What User doesn't like about La Sorgente:
Quickly seated and greeted by our waiter. Food was good, came for the all you can eat and was told it wasn't available. So defeated cause i had a list of food i wanted, i settled with a few dishes. Flavour was there, but not enough to make me order the same thing again. Loads on the menu to choose from also. View all feedback.

Buon cibo e personale cordiale, il posto è bello e il cibo è buono, il prezzo è nella norma
Our Airbnb hostess recommended this restaurant, and we were so thankful she did. After nearly a month in Italy I was ready for some Chinese food, and this is the best Chinese food I've had anywhere. The prices were so low we could try many menu items. For example, a large dish of sweet and sour chicken was 6 Euros, and a huge plate of fried rice was 4 Euros. The edamame was 3 Euros. Our favorites were the sweet and sour chicken, the vegetable fried rice, the shrimp skewers, and the edamame. We also liked the noodles with vegetables, and the waitress kindly added chicken. The decor was lovely and the service was great. We ate there 3 times in our last 3 days in Rome, that's how much we liked it!
This is the worst experience I had for lunch in the whole of Europe. Combine subpar food with bad attitude and you get the worst restaurant in the whole of Rome. Upon walking by their restaurant, if you can even call it that, we saw an advertisement showcasing all you can eat buffet on their front door. Seeing that the price was reasonable, we decided to give it a shot. However, when a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Had their so called buffet and after ordering just the first round, the waitress told us that there is a cap on the number of plates you can order for that particular dish and it amounts to 5 plates, YES JUST FIVE PLATES in a ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET , I may not know a lot but I 'm pretty sure five plates of sashimi/raw fish ain 't all anybody can eat and it probably constitutes false advertising. Never mind that, once we are done with the disappointing meal and we went to the cashier to pay, the lady boss had the audacity to throw my change back at me. I mean, if you are going to open a restaurant and offer an all you can eat buffet, I don 't think it is nice to give your paying customers attitude by throwing money at them. Such disrespect! I will rather starve than to patronise this restaurant and put up with their attitude ever again, besides, this is the first time I felt hungry after a buffet, ever, and that says a lot. TLDR: if you want a perfect disaster to end your wonderful trip to a beautiful city like Rome, this restaurant is the place to go. If not, I would advise you to steer clear away of this place.
