After an aperitivo in the busy and touristy Piazza Navona it was a relief to be somewhere relaxed!

Second best choice for me is the Duck (Anatra). And then wine...! Huge selection of wine, superb.

Very friendly horses with their heads sticking out the stable half doors, certainly lent some authenticity, and no the beef is not horse. I had the tenderloin with porcini mushrooms that was cooked perfectly. This came after the best cacio e pepe I have ever had, and since I prepare it myself I believe I start with a pretty high standard that I always seek to have surpassed, they succeeded. I could not walk away without trying the Gorgonzola ice cream, which paired with pairs was outstanding. A good Berta grappa, espresso and wonderful wine created a perfect dining experience.

It's the fourth time I've been back and each time I ordered different things. This time I decided to take photos of the dishes: potato flan with nduja heart and black truffle sauce, carbonara in the cheese basket, and Texan meat... but I forgot to photograph the potato side dish, the focaccia and the wine, a yellow bubble. In recent times I have eaten fillet with green pepper, black angus, sliced beef, a glass of red, pistachio dessert and more. Everything was really excellent, even the service. I don't like talking about prices... they are high but the quality and location require it.
