the park and restaurant are usually visited by Italians, so no English menus. the headkeeper speaks and understands English and he helped us choose our meal. the service was one of the best we had so far in rom. it was my birthday and this restaurant has not disappointed. are also for additional guests on the table, namely some brave and skillful sparrows. After a month long stay in the neighborhood, and daily walks in the Villa Torlonia park, I finally decided to stop and have a drink at this cafe/restaurant that I walk past every day! Sadly, I wish I hadn't. The staff was rude and dismissive....When we asked for a menu, the waitress basically told us she wouldn't give us one because it was in Italian and we couldn't read it. Funny meeting in the middle of the green in the beautiful villa torlonia.
I took a coffee that I don't have to say anything about this, but surely try for aperitifs and dinner, very nice place
Food quality is average, but the place is really nice. they pay significantly more than the quality for the venue.
Excellent dishes, appetizers, first, pizzas, meat, fish. Spacious historical location with tables also outdoors in the garden. great service.
If you're reading me, I want to share one of the corners of paradise that I discovered in Rome in a business visit. The place is beautiful, a vintage villa immersed in a park to lose breath; the restaurant, lovely, located inside an old lemonade. Only the location deserves to sit at the table, eat a joy of the senses: I tried a daisy pizza doc and it was sublime, from water in my mouth, if I think about it. Very kind and attentive staff to customers. If you're in rome or you're going to work, you can't deprive yourself of this gift, spend some of your time at the lemon house of Villa Torlonia. You won't regret it!It's a wow place in all senses!
