Contribute FeedbackA beautiful restaurant in a Trastavere hotel. We started with the Alici fritte (Fried anchovies)... superb! Served piping hot. Also the Liver pate with apricot jelly on brioche, which was quite nice to share. These were probably the high points. The Braised meatballs with bone marrow sauce and the Fregola with calamari and shrimp were both nice dishes. We finished with the Duck confit, which was a bit dry. Service was very good.
I am still sitting in the restaurant and am writing a judgement because I am very pissed. View and drinks are good to start with something good, but the food is simply a joke, has no taste, and is crazily overpriced (I spend a lot of money on food).
Made a reservation weeks in advance. Without any explanation I get notified that the reservation is cancelled barely an hour prior to the reservation. Terrible way to treat your customers, especially as they emphasize that they do not want you to cancel less than 2 hours beforehand while doing so themselves! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Edit: indeed I do see that I have a missed call from you barely an hour prior to the reservation. I suggest next time maybe cancel the reservation in a reasonable timeframe ;
Struttura accogliente, eccetto l'acensore che porta alla terrazza che vibra fortemente. La terrazza è molto carina, riservata, con la cucina a vista e il chiosco al centro. Un pò scomode le sedie. Il menù invece è spettacolare, pochi piatti ma uno più buono dell'altro. Consiglio l'uovo cotto a basse temperature.
Ho pernottato all'hotel e cenato al ristorante . Il personale è molto giovane e molto cortese. La cena squisita .. ricordo delle stratosferiche fettuccine con battuto d'anatra, porri e cavolo nero e un dolce fantastico. Meglio la tagliata della seppia che ho ordinato .
