They offer three sizes; I recom... read more Simply the best carbonara I've ever had. A fantastic balance of flavors, not at all cloying, and a generous amount of guanciale. They offer three sizes; I recommend the small plates because the portion is quite generous. The medium plate is very filling, leaving no room for dessert. The amatriciana is also superb, with a great use of tomato. For starters, we ordered the Roman-style artichokes, which were exquisite. The atmosphere is 100% Italian, with very few tourists, which is a plus. The service is excellent, in true Italian style. The prices are very reasonable, though they do offer a discount on the wine (I don't recommend the house wine; it's quite bad). 10/10 in my book
