We ate carbo... read more It's rare we get in on the start of something good. But this restaurant is. Only started 2 months ago. The food is spaghetti a la roma at its best. We ate carbonara with real smoked pork and proper seafood spaghetti dish. Both were perfect. The staff are nice and there is a family feel about the restaurant... The house red is really great too...There are many great restaurants in Rome... This is a new one..

We started with the bouillabaisse, served with toasted bread. Then swordfish over a melon-eggplant sauce, followed by carbonara and taglioni. The owner recommended the perfect wine to accompany the meal; service was fast and attentive. The pasta was clearly made from scratch, and the carbonara was the best I’ve tasted. (The only reason I can’t say the same of the other dishes: I’ve never tried them before. Thank you Glend’s for the opportunity to try new things! From the complimentary bruschetta at the beginning to the delicious limoncello at the conclusion, this is a meal we won’t forget.
