The place was meticulously maintained in every way: the young man who served us was incredibly friendly, the food simply delicious, the desserts homemade, and there were a multitude of niceties: from the bathrooms with a complimentary toothbrush kit (the first time I 've seen such a brilliant idea in my life) to the grills brought to the table so you can adjust the cooking of the meat to your liking. If you choose one of the tasting menus, you can also save a lot, as you only pay for the cost of the steak, while the side dishes and appetizers (a lot of them, at that) are included in the price. These appetizers included: excellently made tartare, bruschetta, sushi with unusual meat pairings, fried dishes, and cacio e ova meatballs that were even better than the classic meatballs. Since one of our friends doesn 't eat raw meat, they were kind enough to bring her a customized appetizer. To top it all off, the steaks are the restaurant 's true highlight, displayed in an open refrigerator. They represent premium and unique breeds and cuts of meat, with excellent aging and marbling almost worthy of Wagyu. In short, a positive experience in every way, and highly recommended.
I was in the Centocelle area and was recommended this restaurant as one of the best for meat. I must say the experience was truly excellent: the meat was top-quality, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
Highly recommended restaurant, fantastic raw beef tartare, top-quality meat at fair prices, they even provide a hot plate upon request to enjoy the last morsels as they cool. Very elegant, friendly, and clean staff and environment.
I stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance, finding myself in the Centocelle area, and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. I was delighted with both the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. I especially enjoyed the meat: well-cooked, flavorful, and truly delicious. I highly recommend it!

Whenever I want to eat good meat in Rome, I go to Fòco. The appetizers are delicious but the strong point of the place is the quality of the meat. Nice and comfortable place. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately I dined in this rush restaurant and alone after having late at work without the fridge supplied at home. Fortunately I have given myself this place instead of the classic fast food that is used in these situations for health issues and instead I discovered a nice place to return with friends! I ate very little so it does little text but well... very well! a 400g galley ruby rib with bone (shown) and contour chicory. I have noticed many attentions that make the stay pleasant in this place and especially the dinner itself: 1) the knife of the “standard” service is promptly replaced according to the type of meat you order. 2) the blood meat had a very good temperature, seasoned with maldon salt and served on hot but not boiling stone (about 60 degrees) 3) also the dish was deliberately heated not to cool the meat as it is served already cut and portioned. which I personally appreciate. meat there is for all the goths, from the most flexible Danish to the most particular. personally I chose rubia gallega to cuddle me, on a bite of a bit quite external I even felt the taste of corn... amazing! Do not expect to come here and eat meat with little, but if you look for a place to eat “da fear” meat and be served “as you must” it is absolutely to try. I didn't take pictures as long as I was too hungry and little time I'll make it next round for sure!
I arranged my daughter's baptism from them. Everything is perfect. they exceeded my expectations. Great food. Very kind. I recommend it!
Spectacular dinner, but I eat such good meat... impeccable service, courtesy and kindness ... very nice location... I highly recommend it... I will be back very gladly
