Owner called my back a few hours later sayin... read more I booked (I wasn't part of the group, I work for them as a translator for Saturday evening for 12 people, at 20.30. Owner called my back a few hours later saying it would be best if a group this large could arrive at 21.15, since they probably wouldn't be able to take care of the customers how they intend to. No big deal, so we changed our dinner time. At 20.30, one of the guy went to confirm the booking at 21.15 and check if everything was set. It was supposed to be. When they arrived at 9.15, nothing was ready. To excuse themselves, Fish Show offered a bottle of prosecco that my people drank outside (standing . 30 min later, still nothing ready. The group entered and tried to fix a table so they could sit. They were given the menu (which looked nice . 30 min later, no one came (not even to ask for drinks or order... . It was waaaaay past 22:00, so they got up and left. I'm really sorry for setting a review like this, as it doesn't reflect anything about the food, but it's just so people know that large group can't go there, since it's a small restaurant (and as such, owner should refuse booking like that... In a nutshell, kitchen and room staff were overwhelmed.
