Friendly staff and good choice for lunch. the price is good to be a local in the university area and therefore mainly aimed at students.

We came across this bistro almost by chance, discovering a young and fresh reality that has recently given a turn to format and cuisine. From coffee for breakfast and alternative to the canteen for lunch for university students a few steps, the debut on the scene of the evening and the night that in the area are already quite dense but that here finds a different mood. Careful and graceful in ways and flavors. Here is therefore a new kitchen brigade that as small is promising and super motivated. There is a menu that changes according to the availability of the market and is oriented on never trivial choices, which mix aromas, flavors, recipes of different origins reworked with balance, pleasure of taste, intriguing creativity and never excessive. Every time different tasting dinners, all to try! Among the dishes, the millefoglie di zucchini, fonduta di reggiano, beaten with nuts and honey as an appetizer, among the first the patccheri with beef ragout, dressing of pumpkin and pistachio, the pork stracotto served with potatoes and porro in the second, dark pear drunk, sweet salted caramel and chocolate crumble for dessert. A plus the prices of extreme honesty and the service of a kindness that is remembered. All Fridays and Saturdays with a glass at 13 Euros to try absolutely, also because a unicum and not only in the area. And who knows that it does not become after the aperitif the true happy hour Capitoline? A new trend that we really like!
