Magical evening with beautiful Christmas decor and tables overlooking the Tiber river and historical Testaccio neighbourhood. Attentive service and superb cuisine with delightful antipasti and traditional Italian first courses. This historic restaurant is well known for its excellent selection of fresh fish, but there is an ample selection of first and second courses even for meat eaters or vegetarians. The home made pasta with truffles is divine!!
A truly exquisite experience. I went for the first time, the food and atmosphere were incredible! Starters, main courses and dessert were fresh, delicious and great price considering the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend!
This restaurant hides on the top floor, on a street with little passersby, Marmorata. But If you are lucky enough to find it, it offers a great view with a cozy atmosphere, top-notch food, impeccable service, and relatively low prices—my favorite in Rome for all the above reasons. I’ve never seen tourists, which adds to a genuine Roman experience.

Renowned for its quality and its location, the care of its cuisine and its public, consolini is composed of terraces that overlook the roof, one of the most historical and ancient areas of the city.' Despite the elegant style of the place, the staff is really very welcoming and the sophisticated but familiar atmosphere. excellent spaghetti with clams, prepared according to the typical recipe of the Roman tradition. strongly recommended to those who want to taste the dishes of the truest aroma without sacrificing satiating even the other senses. We had dinner on Wednesday evening all perfect from the starter to the first beautiful location. very kind staff especially the remote waiter who served us with the maximum available, courtesy and kindness the ndicadoci the best dishes really compliments! !
We have known this restaurant for years and it is always a confirmation. the 5 course starter is to be tried (very varied and delicious,) then as the first we took the patchero with mint, shrimp and lemon and risotto with cream of scampi. To conclude it can not miss their chocolate cake with the warm heart. we also took the tiramisu. absolutely in line with the menu, service and location. I highly recommend it.
We spent some really pleasant hours! The prestigious venue is prestigious and charming. the consolini restaurant is spread over several levels, has various rooms, suggestive verandas and a superior terrace. We ate on the veranda, followed by a friendly staff and a discreet and attentive service. Of the kitchen we enjoyed the fish, certainly fresh, given the softness and taste. the mix of appetizers was a gift for the palate, excellent salmon potato and cod with a puree of hot chickpeas. To follow, Catalan of shrimps, baked rombo, cicoria repassed. Sweets we got brown cream and cheesecake with strawberries and berries! We remember the remarkable quality of food, and the relaxing atmosphere.
