Later we asked to order... read more We arrived at the restaurant and got seated. We had to wait around 40 MINUTES just to get our table set (the cutlery we got was dirty). Later we asked to order food and the waitress had the audacity to tell us to write OUR order on her block notes with her used pen, which is extremely anti hygienic especially in this COVID times. The service in general was very poor, one waitress served the whole restaurant. Then after waiting for another 30 minutes we had our meals (they arrived at different times: I got mine first and my friend got her after 25 minutes). During the meal a friend of mine asked three times for a pair of chopsticks, which should already be present on the tables being the cuisine of the restaurant Chinese-Japanese. The waitress said: “come to get them by yourself”, she is the person who should serve me, I’m the customer, I won’t follow you around the restaurant to have chopsticks . Then inside a noodle plate we found a hair. We were full, so we decided to takeaway the things we left. When she arrived, the waitress brought us a doggy bag, and WE had to put the things inside. At the end the prices were fine. I’m sorry if the restaurant chefs and waitresses had a bad day, there was a lot of tension in the air, but the whole experience was awful. I totally don’t recommend.
