Located near the iconic Palazzo della Civita Italian (Square Coleseeum) in EUR, Casa Novecento is spot frequented by people working in the nearby business district. While it is highly unlikely that you will find foreigners or tourist in the restaurant, do not let this intimidate you: the lunch menu is pretty extensive and the food quality good, as well. Is it necessarily worth a trip beyond the historical center? Not necessarily: with some effort, you can find good quality restaurants in Trastevere, Ostiense, San Giovanni, etc. However, if you are near EUR or Marconi, I would definitely suggest trying Casa Novecento for lunch.
Great location nice staff a little expensive but acceptable.
Really bad service. The waiter was really impolite with us. We just arrived, and in a two minutes period the waiter absolutly wanted us to order our drinks. When he came the third time to make our order (in 4 minutes) one of us haven't ordered a drink : the waiter was angry against us ! And has insisted several on us to order a drink. In addition, drinks are very expensive (5€ for a tea, 5€ for a soda)
For lunch (but not only) a fantastic place, well organized by a very attentive and good room manager. great food and minimum waiting times especially at lunch!
