The ambiance of the restaurant is quite nice, but the service and food is definitely needs and can use improvement. Two of our three dishes were ok, but the whole time while there we felt abandoned and couldn’t figure out who our waiter really was. View all feedback. What Marianne Adams likes about Cafe Romano:
the ambiente was elegant and friendly. the maitre’d was exceptional. I love this restaurant and every time I'm in rom, this is where I go.
