Great food, excellent wines, excellent everything, alessandro has a great competence in the choice of raw materials which makes all the difference of the world, I went many times and tasted practically everything, my advice is to entrust to the staff who will wisely advise you , for me personally at least a artichoke to the jacket never fails! appetizers of all kinds and for all the gouits, always cooked pasta with tooth and is not easy in a restaurant, homemade dumplings and to try absolutely if it is period the cacio and pepper with truffle, I would never stop eating it! on the second if there is the bark for me the choice is easy but also the cutters are excellent and enriched by the contour to the dish. on the pizzas there is no history, numbers an absolute !!! homemade desserts and extremely fresh on wine and beer that say... Very nice and cozy restaurant. Today it is difficult to find the kind of locals halfway between restaurant and brewery. the cuisine of fact is abrupt and there are many specialties of the region of the Italian center. in addition to standard dishes you can find dishes of the day definitely interesting. I was amazed by the fettuccine with the black truffle, the grilled cheese. very kind staff. the price is not economical but it is understandable given the area in which it is located.
