Best burger ever. Really enjoyed food and good service . Would highly recommend it . Relaxed environment
I never do reviews, I leave that up to my spouse. However, I have to warn people about this place. This place advertises themselves as a great burger joint. At least, that is the idea we got from the server when we arrived. I have never had a burger take longer than 30 minutes to be prepared and delivered to my table. My family and I waited almost an hour and a half for our food to show up, and that was after we had to approach the server about how long it was taking for our food to arrive at our table. We were met with excuses about how Italians in Italy take a very long time to eat dinner. As an Italian myself, I found that very insulting and hilarious at the same time! I have been staying in Europe for 30 days with my family, and have never experienced such an exaggerated long wait for our food to be delivered. Not only that, but we didn’t order Italian food, we ordered burgers! On top of that, our kids didn’t even receive their sodas that they ordered when we first arrived at the restaurant. And did I mention the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. completely disappointed with the service and the ridiculous excuses from this restaurant! Definitely do not recommend.
