When I arrived it was in a good safe quiet area and really clean, I felt safe and the front desk attendant, Stefano, was amazing and super helpful. Prior to the trip Stefano answered all my questions and was very patient. As for the rooftop bar restaurant, it was amazing. One of the best sunset views in Rome. The skyline was amazing. The drinks were great as well as the food. But the best part was our waiter GiGi! He was attentive, friendly and fun and made incredible drinks. He definitely made her evening special. I highly recommend this hotel!

When we checked in, our room’s shower floor did not drain and there were fecal matter stains found on a towel. The second room also had the draining issue, as well as a blanket under the old mattress for support. The ac was not great. The managment was very slow to act. Nice location. In my opinion this hotel could use a refresh.
