Fab little cafe, popped in before catching a train, and was not disappointed. Insanely gorgeous desserts inside, and made it difficult to choose. The savoury snacks and rolls were fab, would recommend the caprese bread roll. The coffee was so good as well, especially the cold coffee options (which are well needed on a hot day! . What soinic doesn't like about Antico Caffe Santamaria:
1 for the nice location with a view Zero for the rest: EXPENSIVE, bad value for money, 1 very small glass of low quality white wine 8 Euro !? SERVICE slow and unfriendly, not caring Da dimenticare ....

Excellent coffee but also good pastry and ice cream, friendly staff.
Great view and an amazing waitress, friendly and knowledgeable and just the right amount of chat! Beer was cold.

PROS: excellent location delicious pistacchio cake and panna cotta great coffee CONS terrible service, very confusing system: first we were asked to pay right away, then we had to go up to a person standing on the other side of the place to pay, but he told us to go to our seat and pay in the end long wait for the orde, and two out of three coffees were cold the toilet is extremely tiny, has no lock and paper no prices indicated on display
