It is an institution in the neighborhood and for travellers, given the strategic positioning on Nomentana. It's not the usual "pizza a taglio"! The Master proposes different challenges and combinations. White or red that is, with patte, or rosemary, with mushrooms or peppers, the fantasy and the right combination make every pan special, so you will also find .... Quality raw materials, and quality has a value! This is one of those places that you cannot not know and attend. Eating fast, it doesn't mean getting better, with junk found in the first place open. Make your choice.
A delicious pizza from the dough excellently leavened, very light digestible, crisp and soft on, tasteful to the bite. Excellent quality of raw materials in seasonings. Excellent cream of yellow-broccoli and pecorino pumpkin, porcini-salsiccia-pomodoro and chili, finally spicy with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chili, peanut tomatoes and basil.
Many tastes for a good and digestible pizza. Fantastic gricia, excellent flowers and anchovies, delicious mushrooms, crispy and genuine supplications. I enjoyed the different heating for every type... Pizza came home at the perfect temperature. You breathe competence, love and pride for what you offer.

Very large male education poor customer hygiene lost! in the pizzeria and unpack hands with the special gel available to customers. I order, I pay and I disassemble my hands. The gentleman behind the counter starts complaining. says customers too disinfect their hands and find this unbearable behavior, especially because the disinfectant gel is paid by him.
