I've waited over 20 mins for my order; received stale and m... read more Have never, ever had a good run at Roma KFC. I'm often traveling through as Roma is my midway break. I've waited over 20 mins for my order; received stale and minimal salad in wraps; had cold, tasteless chips (even though i asked for extra seasoning; not received whole order. I've repeatedly left feedback on the KFC website. Obviously they don't care, as nothing has ever changed. I'll listen to hubby next time and NOT give them another chance. Oh - KFC at Chinchilla ROCKS!

Of the 12 nuggets, I... read more I ordered 2 burgers 12 nuggets and a large chips. The burgers were great fresh and hot, the chips were luke warm, undercooked and inedible. Of the 12 nuggets, I only received 6 (paid for 12) The person serving me was less than polite basically throwing my change at me. After driving for 12 hours, Not Impressed!

Everyone in the store got food... read more Food was as you should expect from kfc, unhealthy, but tasty. The two girls out there were very polite and fast at their service. Everyone in the store got food fast. My only complaint is the size of the parking lot, it is very small and confusing and I had to park in the street as it can only really fit 4 or 5 cars.
