If you don’t know anything about hospitality and food. You should go to this place.. people who know food and level of services in hospitality should not go to this place, as you will be buried under the bill and will have no joy out of the whole experience. I don’t mind paying for expensive meals but it should be balanced of everything food, ambiance and service. Prisoners from jails can relate to the behaviour staff shows at this chain of restaurant. Staff probably has zero ethics or zero training about how to serve in this industry. No one is smiling while serving customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It is always an experience between taste and beauty, the above average waitress is nice and courteous, very well trained and efficient, the food is always amazing, the sushi is always available and the final dessert is always a confirmation... It was my first time in Zuma Rome and definitely I will not come back again due to unpleasant and unexpected treatment from the hostess. They didn’t show any respect to the reservation time as I was not seated as per the reservation time. I would expect some delay 5 to 10 minutes but not more than 20 minutes plus they have no waiting area. In addition, they didn’t even provide a chair or water while waiting in the corridor until my table gets ready. They told me you can go to the lounge to have your dinner or wait until your table becomes available! On the other hand, special thanks and appreciation go to Mr. Mattia who deserves 5 stars for his remarkable attitude, kindness, attention and his high level of professionalism. In addition, the food was good but yet not the best that I have tried across the globe. My overall experience is mixed but for sure I will not come back again due to the above mentioned reasons. Zuma is always zuma! Nice atmosphere, good food , service so so! It took forever for the dessert to come even though it was almost empty the space. The bar on 5th floor was nice. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Revelation! I 'm no expert, but I didn 't think I would like a medium steak so much. Even my 12-year-old child ate it! . Grilled eggplant... This, in turn, seduced the wife. Fresh salads, finger-licking suschi. Everything was beautifully presented and served. I will probably dream about this stay . Of course I recommend it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
