Elegant location and friendly staff. The proposals are interesting and the quality of the raw materials used is excellent. There are several options on the naturally gluten-free menu. I opted for a 3-course tasting menu. Considering the level, I would have liked and appreciated a selection of fresh Gluten free bread/croutons/breadsticks rather than the anonymous packaged sandwich.
