Excellent meat, excellent service! Dutifully mentioned with special thanks to Davide, very attentive and precise! However, the area manager, Miss Teresa, was a little less so (she really wanted to be precise she increased my bill by almost 5 euros by making me pay for an extra Coke)! Anyway, apart from this ridiculous episode (I clearly realized the receipt as soon as I got home, and I didn't return to the Roadhouse to demonstrate the inconsistency, but I decided to leave a tip), low profile, pleasant evening! Horrible experience! Ordered 2 burritos waited for 40 minutes (the so called restaurant was empty). The burritos were disgusting with strange ingredients that have no relation with this dish, the meat inside was raw and **** (couldn’t cut even with the knife). I refused to pay for this. We ended up going in by chance and it was a pleasant surprise. Starting from the welcome of the kind and non-insistent staff, a small portion of nachos is served to whet the appetite, the service is fast, we had a mixed grill and a maxxi burger both served with chips and drinks. The entire place is very clean, even the toilets are well maintained. A round of applause to the entire staff.
