Premise: I like Trastevere but I never eat there (too chaotic, touristy and not always quality food) and I love fish. After hearing so much from friends that the Ripa 12 was a must, we went there on Saturday, what a wonderful surprise! The place is elegantly sober and soft, with great attention to detail (fresh tulips at every table), a high-level family management, from chef Vincenzo Colao to the very attentive, kind and friendly service. A truly special cuisine, very fresh raw materials with perfect combinations. An absolutely sublime mixture of carpaccio, first course of linguine with sea truffles and exquisite black garlic, very fresh and delicious baked sea bass, delicious homemade chocolate dessert. Well done, well done, well done everyone from the Colao family, each perfect in their role. Great discovery, we will absolutely be back!!! Beautiful restaurant, with excellent cuisine. Menu with wide choice, super fresh fish. Very friendly staff and always ready to satisfy our every request.
