The best carbonara in Rome! After having visited Rome numerous times and tried many restaurants, I can say that the best carbonara can be found here! All very friendly service, pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely return to try more dishes on the menu, but as a recommendation: carbonara and tiramisu, exceptional! The best restaurant by far that I visited in Rome during my time studying in the city. The epitome of value for money, not randomly recommended by the Michelin Guide. I went 4 times and each experience was unique. The highest quality carbonara and the most delicious tiramisu in Rome. Finally, I want to mention that I organized my friend's marriage proposal at this restaurant and I owe thanks to all the staff for their treatment from beginning to end. Especially the owner Mr. Poldo and the gentlemen Ido and Jay. They were extremely helpful, and this kind of treatment is what wins people over, not just good food. Keep up the good work, and I will return at every opportunity.
