I had the artichoke two ways and was very happy with both! Others in my party had pizza and pasta. To our delight there was live opera songs sung by a terrific soprano with accordion backup. It made our stay in Rome, city of opera so special. Sorry no photos.

My... read more Food was mediocre at best. We 've been eating all over Italy for a month and the food was gross. I had veal, overcooked in a sauce I could not even describe. My husband 's lasagna was meh . Most servers were more interested in flirting. They really weren 't paying attention as my meal came out late, a different server checked right on it, checked back when he realized I still hadn 't received my meal, that particular server was frustrated, rightfully so. One good server can 't make up for the sloppy ones, and he really tried! Desert was good as was the salad with Buffalo mozzarella cheese, lots of tomatoes, delicious, tiny olives.
