The meat wasn't exceptional for my taste, but I'm quite used to it, frequenting local butchers and markets. Tonight I ordered pizza at home: terrible hard dough. and dry, minimal seasoning. One of the worst I've ever eaten, not appetizing appearance. The capricciosa lacked standard ingredients and the mozzarella was a vague memory, the buffaloes arrived, one with basil oil and the other not. Supplì soft and a little sour, very salty chips. Conclusion: for pizza, I strongly advise against it if you want to eat meat there maybe it's fine. Maybe the pizza chef was in a bad mood this evening, I hope he doesn't ruin my night given the poor digestibility of the dough. Thick tagliatelle and full of meat chopped into lumps, meatballs and I don't know if that is a meat sauce. Dark tomato.
