One of the best sushi restaurants in Rome, also considering that the cuisine is a bit fusion. The sashimi is special. Once you understand how to orient yourself with the tasting formula, it is an experience to be repeated again and again until you have tried all the splendid and exquisite dishes on the menu. To return. The tasting menu is ENDLESS. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Truly a special place, I returned after a few years in which I had fond memories and I must say that it is even better than I remembered. I recommend the tasting menu at €26 where you can choose 5 courses from a vast selection, you can find yourself full very easily and you eat truly excellent quality food! I'm not normally a big fan of raw fish, but here it really impressed me, it will remain in my heart (and stomach). Not to mention the Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes, truly balanced and delicious. I had a divine ceviche and guacamole! The cocktails are also very good. The price is very honest, considering that in an average Japanese non-stop dinner you pay between 25 and 30 per person for a decidedly lower quality. There's no real non-stop formula here, but you still come out full, but full of quality food!
