I can't say anything other than the fact that we were literally threatened and chased the other night. and why? because the dear gentlemen of this place found paying by card inconvenient and began to verbally attack us. we have never heard or seen that the locals did not accept that everyone pays their own: they made it a simple matter like a chest grab and, after paying and deciding to leave it alone, we were chased, and I personally was threatened even physically. to the limits of indecency and illegality I would add. they asked to call our parents, insulting us as if we didn't know what we were talking about (simply respect for the laws and professionalism, both of which this place lacks) as if we weren't all an average of 25 years old and more than independent. already if we didn't call the police, given the fear and panic that was caused to me, my friends, and the rest of the customers. I am very sorry for the general service and for the very kind waiters of this place, but I must propose 1 star because of the behaviors of the Karaoke vocalist: rude, out of place, that makes unwelcome jokes..... you feel the artistic director of sanremo. Too bad because the place is nice, of course, a little expensive but overall it can be okay. Anonymous food, maybe because Saturday night. Very kind and helpful but confused service: ordered sandwiches together were served at a distance of 2 hours, creating discomfort. Karaoke (with audio system a bit of luck) that at times he was performing in a stand-up show of the DJ, with jokes and little nice comments on the singer. Impossible to divide accounts or pay by card. Compulsory consumption and reduced menu on Saturday (problem for those with intolerances). Prices in line with other pubs. Price too high with added surcharge telling me it would be eliminated by taking other things and finding ourselves paying more then finding ourselves at the exit if you don't have the pass you can't get out total confusion at the exit Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
