Special Gricia! Seeing the care that goes into the dishes tried, the others must also be truly excellent. We had a carbonara, a gricia and a homemade chocolate mousse with very good meringues. Congratulations to this restaurant which carries on with great care from the restaurateurs a story (very curious if you can get it to be told) and truly high quality Roman cuisine. The carbonara is very good, but the gricia is unbeatable. Good prices for quality cuisine and attention. Impeccable service and delicious dishes. Super recommended! Well done!
