Typical Roman cuisine, with not too many dishes, but still plenty of choice. Even though there were many tourists, I didn't have the impression of a typical tourist trap place. We tried the smoked scamorza, the cacio e pepe and the strips of meat. All super good, I'll be back for the carbonara which looked really good.
