Portillo 's is one of several food factories at the intersection of W. Ontario and N. Clark in the heart of Chicago. Just across the street from the gigantic 50-year old McDonald 's and Hard Rock Cafe, Portillo 's has a wide range, many seating and fast service. I chose a loaded Jumbo dog and got what I expected.
