Great service! Mariah and a young man helped me today and they had such good energy and were genuinely such a pleasure to be around. So much better than every other employee I’ve seen here. They were so quick and efficient with my order. I was almost ready to stop coming here due to other employees being unpleasant but those two changed my mind. Hope to see them again! I received very poor customer service here on multiple occasions. First off, they are out of stock on items almost every day. So good luck if you're craving a breakfast sandwich or a wrap...I was reluctant to give them another try but I did, and I regret it.I ordered a chorizo and egg wrap and it was stone cold. No really, I mean FROZEN cold. I turned back and requested a refund. The guy at the register was COLD and RUDE. He didn't even acknowledge me, nor did he apologize for the mistake. I asked for a refund, and he refused. He threatened to call the police if I did not exit the drive thru.What kind of maniac calls the cops on their customers let alone sell FROZEN food. This place is a mess. There were several customers waiting outside trying to get in. These guys were literally sitting in the parking lot... they told me that the employees LOST the key to the store... You have to be joking. Never coming back.

Worst service ever. Walked inside at 1 pm in the afternoon with 0 people. Waited 15 mins to watch one person take out the garbage and the other take an order for an ice coffee from the drive thru which arrived after we walked in. 0 acknowledgement. Not a single I 'll be with you in a min .
It's a DnD. Same quality you expect, the staff was pleasant BUT the design of the drive-thru SUCKED! The owner really needs rebuild the drive-thru.
Just wanted to buy some ice cream for my child, nothing special; All of the workers were eating ice cream from the buckets, which was obviously off-putting.But I promised my child ice cream, so I asked for the vanilla, which hadn't been touched. The worker was the rudest I have ever seen behind a register. She glared angrily at us, didn't say a word, just got the ice cream and put it on the counter and immediately turned away.
