This restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is well-maintained, located right on the promenade next to the ice rink. The food was enjoyable, particularly for a casual dining experience. However, the service was quite slow, so be prepared to be patient during your meal. The service is great and the food is delicious. The food and the atmosphere of the restaurant is family-friendly. There is something on the menu for those who prefer the oldie, but goodies, but also the modern options are divine. Those who knew Veggie Burger and buffalo flowers fit so well with the nostalgia of this 50s style dinner.
I ordered through doordash so I cannot say about the service. But the food is incredible. Great taste and plenty of portions.
Love the nostalgic atmosphere of Ruby's Diner. And it helps that the food is really good too; its even well-plated for photo perfect presentation. The price isn't bad either
Tasty shakes while watching the skates. The oreo shake was a good cookies and cream flavour with actual chunks in the excess they leave for you on the side. Never had that happen before and it's the little things that count. The service was quick and respectful. Consistent and capable of checking in easily with everything. One of the servers even ventured to offer more chips for free when I had finished them. Truly appreciative of their attention.
Good food a d friendly service. This 50's style diner was very clean and wasn't too crowded. TV's on the wall for the kids and adults.
