Great location! The place was quite busy when I went, but the staff was hardworking, which is all I care about. They were running low on almost all the bread options except for wheat, but that's alright. A very nice young man assisted me and did an excellent job.

We stopped at this Subway during a trip through Rolla and encountered a frustrating experience. We were overcharged by $30 due to an error made by an employee who forgot to include an item in our order. When the transaction was approved, she canceled it, which caused her computer to freeze, leading to our card being charged twice. Since that day, we've called numerous times trying to get our money back. In the store, we were informed that the money would be refunded to our card once the transaction was no longer pending, but that never happened. The employee we spoke to repeatedly mentioned needing to call her manager, which left us confused as to why the manager couldn't address the issue directly. We were also told that we couldn’t obtain a phone number to talk to the manager, and that they saw no issues on their end despite our card being charged. We are well aware of our account and have all our transaction history available on our phones, but they dismissed the $30 issue as not their concern. Overall, we found the customer service to be very poor and unhelpful, stretching out over four days without any resolution.

The food is decent, but the preparation needs improvement. For example, having only three pieces of bacon on a BLT footlong doesn't seem right. Additionally, stuffing the meat into the crack of the sandwich isn’t the proper way to assemble it. There was also very little sauce. I've certainly had better. Overall, there’s some work to be done for improvement.

The new employee was rude when I asked why she didn’t place the sandwich fillings, including the meat, towards the end of the bread. She snapped back that "this is how it’s supposed to be!" I also requested extra mayo and cucumbers, but she refused. To make matters worse, later that night, a family of four ended up feeling sick to their stomachs.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. The staff seems inexperienced and messed up everyone's orders. It was the slowest experience I've had at a subway. Despite placing a mobile pickup order, I ended up being served last.
