Was Aala H at Arby's a mag?
I had an amazing experience today at Rollas Arby's! Rebecca served us at the counter and provided outstanding customer service. It's been a long time since we've encountered service like that! We had a great time chatting and laughing with Rebecca. I understand that this restaurant isn't gourmet, but the manager was very brusque and not helpful at all. For whatever reason, I don't think I'll be returning. Asking for half ice in my lemonade seemed like a perfectly reasonable request. View all feedback.

Quick. Clean. Delicious. For me, orders have always been served correctly, complete and at the perfect temperature. A great selection of toppings too at no additional cost is very nice.

I'm sick to death of arriving only to find the doors locked. Courtesy would mandate you at least put a sign out that says dine in only. I'm over trying to eat there. My husband says he is done with and won't be back. Which sucks for me. Since I can't drive and it's one of my favorite places to eat.
