This Bojangles location is good. I have been here several times. Usually not during peak meal times. I always go through the drive through. Each time has been quick and the quality is exactly what I expect... Good, fast, fried, food. Note: if you get there in the last hour before closing the biscuit is likely to have been sitting for a hot minute, but every other time it's all super fresh. View all feedback.
What Chris Snead doesn't like about Bojangles:
3 out of 5 times when I visit this location they get my order wrong. If you're going to visit this location, do yourself a favor and go inside. The drive-thru takes three times longer to get your food and it's never right. Most of the time the food is just thrown in the bag or the boxes and sometimes the lids are not secure on the sides causing the dirty rice to go all over the other food. The drive-thru speaker is awful. It's a painful experience to shout at it over it's own feedback and still have my orders taken down wrong. Is this place too broke to fix it?
The biscuit were not as brown. Thats all. Very nice people working at Bojangles in wake forest. I give them a 10.
Went in for lunch on July 17, 2024 around 1130 in the morning. My complaint is that I received fries instead of dirty rice and had to drive back. Went inside then the cashier told me it’s extra for side dirty rice I said, doesn’t it come with the meal and they were like yeah but you got fries and I told them that I ordered dirty rice. The manager came over and tried to play me saying the same thing like I’m stupid. So I went and gave them the fries back inside and he said “gotta keep the food cost down brah” and I was like you have to throw them away anyways so that’s bogus
The black cashier with the grey hair with missing teeth was very rude. She didn't have much patience.
This is a great Bo's location with friendly staff and consistently good food. Definitely worth a visit!
