This Bojangles location is good. I have been here several times. Usually not during peak meal times. I always go through the drive through. Each time has been quick and the quality is exactly what I expect... Good, fast, fried, food. Note: if you get there in the last hour before closing the biscuit is likely to have been sitting for a hot minute, but every other time it's all super fresh. View all feedback.
What Chris Snead doesn't like about Bojangles:
3 out of 5 times when I visit this location they get my order wrong. If you're going to visit this location, do yourself a favor and go inside. The drive-thru takes three times longer to get your food and it's never right. Most of the time the food is just thrown in the bag or the boxes and sometimes the lids are not secure on the sides causing the dirty rice to go all over the other food. This place is in the regular clean, but today on the 28th juli 2022, this place was dirty and flies everywhere. bathroom also dirty. the service lasted longer than usual and it is not because they are short on help. but this place needs an improvement.
By far the best Best Jangles, food was hot all my orders were placed in the bag, service rather served with the quickness!!!????
Ordered an 8 piece chicken dinner an hour and a half ago through Door Dash, on the third driver now, they have been waiting for them to provide the paid for meal that was ordered at 7pm. It's now 8:30 pm... whole process should have taken no more than 30 minutes.
They didn't forget the extra bacon this time. However, I paid for a large bo'rounds, and I received a small with three in the bag. It is imperative to check your bag before you leave the parking lot. Always.
This location never seems to have hot food, service is horrible and you may or may not actually get what you order. I wish I had two more hands so I could give this location four thumbs down????
