The drive-thru is always busy, and sometimes you have to park and wait in the waiting area for a drink. The hot chocolate machine tends to be unreliable; when I get a cup, it often tastes more like water than chocolate. I always need to ask for extra chocolate to make it taste like real hot chocolate.
