12/1/2023 Brought my son in for a meal. He started eating his burger, and there was a Wadded up sticker inside. I took it to the assistant manager, And all he said was it will not hurt him. Not a refund, not I'm sorry, my bad, anything. Extremely unprofessional. I started eating my burger and it was half raw. I am including a picture.
I ordered curly fries and a milkshake at this restaurant. Both dishes were excellent, and my server was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would give the service a 5 out of 5, the food a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5. The price per person for a meal here is between $1 and $10.

I went inside the lobby at 9:29 pm. I apologized profusely for coming in so close to closing time. The night manager Patricia went out of her way to let me know that I wasn't an inconvenience or bother to her our her other team members.My sandwich was hot and fresh as well. She offered me everything thing I might need as far as condiments extra napkins. And ALL with a genuine small and so friendly! When I got ready to leave,she wished me a Merry Christmas happy holidays! She's a true GEM !! And definitely the smiling happy face I hope to see her next time I go in. Great job Patricia!!
