mixed advice... Concept of the customised salad really sucks: I found myself with a mozza of the size of a demolished yoghurt over my salad... bizarre and not appetizing at all. And then hello the accumulated waste for a salad: a bowl with lid, a plastic pot for the bizarre cheese, 2 vinaigrette bottles (which open the bowl, offer the seasoning via a bottle served by the staff and save 2 plastic doses) A little stres...
