Rose Catering - Rohnert Park

I contacted Rose Catering over two weeks ago and had a pleasant conversation with Paul about an event I'm planning for July. We went over my requirements, and he assured me he would send me a quote within a week. A week passed, and when I called Paul for an update, he mentioned he had been busy but would reach out again within another week. Another week went by, and I still hadn't received any response. I was really surprised and disappointed by this lack of professionalism, especially since they had received such great reviews. I feel completely misled and now I am struggling to find another caterer.

I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I spoke with Paul over two weeks ago regarding an event I’m hosting in July, and we went over my requirements. He promised to get back to me within a week with a menu and a quote. When a week passed without any communication, I called Paul, and he mentioned he had been busy but would reach out within 5 to 7 days. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen either. I was quite surprised, especially given their excellent reviews, and I now feel completely misled. As a result, I’m left scrambling to find another caterer.

We began trying Paul's curbside pickup dinners on Friday nights, and we're thrilled that he's offering them! The meals are always flavorful, fresh, and come in generous portions. We definitely prefer them over any restaurant food, and it's such a nice break not having to cook after a long week. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend them. I hired Rose Catering for our company Holiday Luncheon. Even though we are small, it was as if we were their most important customer. The food was on time, the set up was very efficient and the food was amazing. Everyone loved it. I will definitely be calling Paul for our next event.

We had Nancy cater our sons wedding shower and everyone raved about the food. The chicken and ribs were excellent.
