Los Gallos Taqueria - Rohnert Park

I used DoorDash to place my order and I received notice that my order was ready at 5:50. I was there to pickup my order within 5 minutes. Every other time, I have used the pickup counter. But this time, when I got to the pickup counter, the person working the register rudely scolded me and told me that I had to get in line with the folks who were placing orders. My food sat on the counter for over 15 minutes while I waited in line. I asked if they could please remake my order so we could have fresh food. They said no. So we are having cold fish burritos. I did not see a manager and there was no one to help. To be clear, I am not accustomed to being treated this way but what ever. They have turned away a loyal longtime customer. Good luck to them. I will not be going here anymore.

Really good food quick solid service, tons of salsas. Somewhat modern but in a great way; still authentic. Theres a ton of mex options but i keep coming back

In love. Absolutely amazing. I drive 30 mins from home to come here. They're the only place doing taco Tuesdays in the area. $1.50/taco and theyre so so good. Theres also a salsa bar, with lots of great salsas and pickled red onions! There was a line out the door when I was here, but they move quickly. I will be coming on Tuesdays routinely, especially because they're helping fight inflation with their tacos Parking: Parking lot free for anyone in the strip mall Wheelchair accessibility: Doorway mostly level to ground, handicapped parking available, and ramps up the small curb available. Once inside, the walkway to the counter is wide, and all tables have removable chairs.

This place is so lovely Palapa means hut or home and La Palapa is just that, home away from home. The family friendly atmosphere and excellent service is a bonus to the superb menu and tasty food. I love this place!

Great food and service. Great place to bring the family for a good meal and enjoy the evening.
